Jiro Coffee Studio + Quriocity

“Your curiosity is your growth point. Always.”
- Danielle LaPorte

The cutest and hip coffee shop and indie store in QC for the curious, young ones and young at heart.

Cocospresso

Avocado toast

Pregnant sandwich

EVOO based pasta

Baked banana slices with butter, walnuts and Nutella

Hot pot tea

Jiro is not a sushi place but it was inspired from the documentary “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” and thus the name. What if Michelin-starred chef Jiro Ono got hooked with coffee instead of sushi? Most likely his coffee haven would be the coffee studio envisioned and brought to life by Elo Quiambao, coffee connoisseur and lifestyle entrepreneur. The coffee shop has minimalist interior but very eclectic menu like Cocoespresso, a blend of dark espresso and coconut water served in a chilled coconut shell.

It’s next door neighbour Quriocity, also from the same owner, is an indie store  featuring children’s books, picture books, and various “qurios” that celebrate both design and culture. It is an ideal place for families with little children as it offers pop up classes, and encourages creativity and imagination.
