FMC is one of Baguio City’s hidden gastronomic gems. Nestled along the residential area of San Carlos Heights, the home turned private-dining restaurant of Chef Babes Reyes, offers delectable Mediterranean cuisine with romantic view of the mountain city. Chef babes use only fresh produce in season; herbs are organic and grown in his own garden, that’s why reservation and pre-order a day in advance is a must. He’s also very down to earth and entertain guests. I like dining on the porch, where I could admire the scenery, which from time to time, is shrouded by fog.
