Black Sheep Coffee started in
London in 2013 by Gabriel Shohet and Eirik Holth - two friends who were university
flatmates. They decided to quit their jobs on the same day to start a coffee
chain. To this day, their business has been funded by customers and they remain
the only two board members of their company. They opened a branch in Manila in
2019, the first outside United Kingdom.

shop personify the founder’s mantra - “leave the herd behind”. Almost everything stand out – from the dark
brooding murals, bar, to their bad-ass coffees and matcha latte serve at 67
degrees Celsius.
