A Spanish term for beautiful
coast, Costabella is a beachfront hotel and resort situated on the historic
island of Mactan, Cebu.
It was opened in 1981 by a
couple named Sitoy and Ditas Alvarez. Starting with only 16 rooms, the resort
has expanded through the years, and has grown exquisitely like its garden and
coconut palms. It now has more than 150 rooms, with great facilities ranging
from swimming pools, spa to restaurants. And true to its name, the resort
really offers a scenic coastal view.
Never think of all the
misery, but of the beauty that still remains.
