Sinagtala

“When I die, choose a star and name it after me that
you may know I have not abandoned or forgotten you.”
- David Ignatow

Sinagtala is a tranquil farm resort nestled on the slopes of Mt. Natib in Orani, Bataan. It is a scenic paradise with an infinity pool overlooking the mountains, a multipurpose hall, a chapel, a wellness facility, and bed and breakfast place. It’s a hidden sanctuary not that far from Metro Manila, where anyone can be one with nature, do soul-searching, and have a peace of mind and revitalized body afterwards.

At night, countless stars could be seen shining brightly, that’s why the place was named Sinagtala.

Mt. Manalmon and Bayukbok Cave, Bulacan

Life is worth all the struggles when you look back on what you lost
and realize that what you have regained is so much better.

After the hardship of crossing a raging river, trekking under a scorching heat, and death-defying spelunking, I can say my Manalmon experience has become one of my most memorable chapters in mountain climbing.

Gino's Brick Oven Pizza

Gino’s is a well-known pizza parlor in Katipunan owned by Atenista Jutes Templo and his wife Cello. Gino’s was named after their son. But even though it has been in existence for years, I haven’t tried their Neoplitan pizzas, not until they opened their second branch in Makati, which is gaining more popularity than their first branch.

The brick ovens

Angelizzas

House salad

Burrata caprese

Pesto

Bianca verde

Bacon gouda

Nutella soup

I’m tired of worrying. I only want to fret on trivial matters like how come Cello’s delicious donuts not the main desserts of Gino’s? Or why does Gino’s burrata has a nipple?
